内陆核电站凝结水精处理系统配置方案的研究

[摘 要] 文章以三代核电技术AP1000 为例,对内陆核电站的凝结水精处理系统的配置展开了讨论,并结合典型的内陆核电站的循环冷却水水质对机组启动、正常运行、凝汽器泄漏三种工况进行了安全性分析。研究表明,为满足常规岛二回路水质控制的要求,内陆核电站应设置凝结水精处理系统,其容量应根据实际情况综合考虑,但至少需满足机组启动时的凝结水全处理的要求并有备用设备。

ABSTRACT:Taking the third generation PWR nuclear technique-AP1000 for example,this article discuss the configuration
of condensate polishing system in inland nuclear power plant,and analyze the security of three conditions which are start-up、normal
operation、leakage of circulating cooling water combined with the typical quality of circulating cooling water in inland power plant.
The study shows that in order to meet the demands of water quality control in secondary circuit of conventional island,condensate
polishing system is necessary in inland nuclear power plant,the capacity should be considered synthetically but achieve the total
treatment of condensate water during the start-up condition with having backup equipments at least.

前言
我国核电站的运行从大亚湾和秦山开始,已经有十几年的历史。目前所有已投入商业运行的均为海滨核电站,考虑到循环冷却水泄漏对二回路水质的影响,国内核电站均考虑了全容量的凝结水精处理系统。内陆核电站目前尚处在起步建设阶段,由于循环冷却水含盐量比海水要低得多,且对悬浮物和生物生长的
控制较容易,凝汽器的可靠性相对较高,凝汽器泄漏对二回路水质的影响也相对较小。因此,有必要对内陆核电站的凝结水精处理配置方案进行深入的探讨,在保证核电站二回路优良的水化学工况的前提下,在运行安全可靠和节省建设投资方面找到平衡点。
