[摘 要] 300MW 直流锅炉给水含铁量两次出现异常超标的情况,通过分析和查定发现,其原因分别是由前置泵泵壳发生汽蚀、流动加速腐蚀和低压加热器进汽管漏入空气造成低压加热器壳体腐蚀引起的。针对发生问题的原因,进行了有效的处理,处理后给水铁明显下降,符合国家标准。

time .through analysis and study find one case was caused by cavitation erosion and flow acceralated corrosion of pre-pump, anther
case was caused by air enter the pipe of low pressure feed water heater. the air arouse corrosion of shell of low pressure feed water
heater. For the cause of the problem occurred,have been dealt with effectively, after deal with , the content of iron in feed water was
decreased in line with standard.

1 概况
江苏常熟发电有限公司#3、#4 机组锅炉是上海锅炉厂生产的SG-1025/16.7-M312A 型单炉膛、中间再热亚临界直流锅炉,于1994 年底投产发电。锅炉最大连续蒸发量为1025t/h,主蒸汽压力16.82MPa,主蒸汽温度540℃。
凝汽器及低压加热器为黄铜管,高压加热器为碳钢管。锅炉补给水为一级除盐+混床,凝结水精处理为管式过滤器+高速混床,正常运行时凝结水全流量经过高速混床进行处理,管式过滤器只在机组启动时运行。
给水采用加氨和联氨还原性全挥发处理(AVT(R))。给水加氨为两级加氨,一级加在凝升泵进口,控制加氨后pH 值为 8.5~8.8;二级加在除氧器出口下降管,控制给水pH 值为8.8~9.3。加氨为自动控制,通过加氨后的pH 信号由变频器来控制加氨泵的转速。
联胺加在凝升泵进口,联胺加入为手动控制方式,根据给水中的联胺含量调节计量泵的转速,从而改变加联氨量,以维持给水联胺含量在10μg/L~30μg/L。
#3、#4 机组自投产以来,机组正常运行时给水和蒸汽的铁含量均满足GB/T 12145-1999 的相关要求,在10μg/kg 以下。
