柠檬酸清洗在超超临界机组的应用

[摘 要] 介绍了国电北仑电厂7 号机组超超临界直流锅炉投产前的化学清洗情况。该清洗工艺采用先碱洗后柠檬酸清洗的流程，清洗范围主要包括省煤器、水冷壁、启动分离器、贮水箱及过热器减温水管路等其他辅助管路。化学清洗后首次启动和冲管所用水量大为减少，且汽水品质合格用时短。

ABSTRACT： The practice about preproduction chemical cleaning of the ultra supercritical once-through boiler of Unit 7 in Guodian
Beilun Power Plant is introduced in this paper. The chemical cleaning which covers the economizer, water-cooled walls, start-up separator,
storage tank, spray water pipes of superheater attemperator and some auxiliary cycle components is operated by alkaline firstly, then
followed by ammoniated citric acid. After chemical cleaning, the water demand for first start-up of the unit and for blowing pipes has greatly
decreased, the eligible quality of steam and water takes much shorter time.

1 概述
国电北仑电厂7 号机组容量为1000MW，配套锅炉为东方锅炉厂制造的DG3000/27.46-II1 型超超临界直流锅炉。锅炉为变压运行，带中间混合集箱垂直管圈水冷壁直流炉、单炉膛、一次中间再热、采用前后墙燃烧方式、平衡通风、固态排渣、全钢悬吊结构П 型燃煤锅炉，采用半露天布置方式。
