氨基磺酸在热电厂凝汽器铜管化学清洗中的应用

[摘 要] 仪化热电厂针对凝汽器铜管腐蚀结垢严重、凝汽器端差大的情况,采用腐蚀性小、安全性高的氨基磺酸进行化学清洗,同时进行硫酸亚铁一次性成膜保护,通过科学配方和严格过程控制,清洗达到了除垢完全、腐蚀量小、成膜均匀致密的效果,经济效益显著,值得借鉴。

ABSTRACT: The corrosion of condenser copper pipe was serious in The Thermal Power Plant of Yizheng Chemical Fibre
Company. The water recovery condenser end difference was big. Sulfamic acid is used for chemical cleaning because it is low
corrosiveness and safe. The ferrous sulfate treatment was carried after acid cleaning. Through the scientific formula and the strict
process control, the clean achieved has removed dirty stuff, the corrosion quantity slightly, to become the membrane even compact
effect completely, the economic efficiency was remarkable, is worth using for reference.

1 凝汽器铜管系统概况
    仪化热电厂#1~4 汽轮机凝汽器系上海电站辅机厂制造的N-3000-Ⅱ型对分双流程表面式鼓泡真空除氧冷却器。2003 年分别对各台凝汽器铜管进行了酸洗除垢成膜,当时除垢效果明显,但每台凝汽器铜管都不同程度地发生了泄漏,特别是#2、4 凝汽器泄漏铜管较多,甚至无法采用堵管的方式封闭(堵管多,热交换面积会明显下降),造成在以后的运行过程中凝结水水质经常超标,不得不采用往循环水中添加锯木屑方式堵漏。酸洗后,循环水只采用高磷配方的阻垢缓蚀处理和二氧化氯杀菌处理,且加药有时不正常,循环水浓缩倍率长期维持在3 以上。经过三年运行,循环水系统藻类滋生严重、腐蚀速率超标、浊度高达20NTU,凝汽器端差达8.5℃、真空度下降。抽铜管检查发现水垢和泥垢较多,垢厚达0.6mm,垢量达800g/m2,垢下存有腐蚀坑,铜管保护膜较薄且脱落较多。铜管严重结垢和腐蚀已直接导致凝汽器传热性能恶化,影响到凝汽器的工作效果,影响到机组的安全运行,影响到机组正常发电负荷及经济效益,影响到热电厂的“迎峰度夏”。
