超临界新机组高加汽侧系统化学清洗

[摘 要] 分析了超临界新机组高加汽侧系统实施化学清洗的必要性,介绍了乐清电厂#1 机组高加汽侧清洗方式和控制要点,通过对高加汽侧系统特点和设备结构特点分析,确定高加汽侧系统采取宜碱洗+水冲洗方式清洗,清洗过程控制关键点是防止固态杂物和清洗液在加热器汽侧沉积和残留。水质跟踪监测对比表明汽侧系统清洗对提高新机组高加疏水水质效果明显,高加汽侧系统采取碱洗工艺清洗安全、可行、有效。

ABSTRACT:Chemical cleaning of steam-side of HP heater has played an important role in advancing quality of feed water and
reducing the rate of new supercritical boiler scale deposit. Through the case of unit 1 of YueQing power plant, the method of chemical
cleaning was introduced. Alkali cleaning and water washing is possible and safe for steam-side system of HP heater base on the special
structure of HP heater, solid matter depositing and cleaning agent remaining must be avoided during cleaning. It was proved that chemical
cleaning is effective in improving the quality of HP heater condensation water of new power units through the water quality monitoring and
comparing.

1 超临界机组高加汽侧清洗必要性
新机组炉前热力系统清洁度对机组投产后的给水品质有直接影响,炉前系统清洁度不够是众多新投产超(超)临界机组锅炉结垢和汽轮机叶片积盐速率偏高的重要原因。高加汽侧系统作为炉前热力系统的重要组成部分,系统中留存的腐蚀产物、泥砂等杂物对结垢积盐的“贡献”不可小视,受系统特点和运行方式限制,汽侧系统中杂物与水侧相比更容易进入锅炉,使锅炉面临结垢风险:
