Abstract: Flow2Accelerated2Corrosion ( FAC) is a phenomenon which results in weight loss aswell as lo2
cal thinning of p ip ing, vessels, and equipmentmade of carbon steels. FAC occurs under certain conditions
of flow, chemistry, geometry and material. Those conditions are common for the high2energy p ip ing in nu2
clear and fossil2fueled power p lants. This paper reviews several FAC models and numerical simulation
methods. Meanwhile, the p rospective points in further studies on the modeling and numerical simulations
of FAC are also brought forward.

核电行业中的流动促进腐蚀( Flow2accelerated corrosion,FAC) (有些文献中也称之为冲刷腐蚀, Erosion2corrosion)是由于单相液流或汽/液双相流将碳钢或者低合金钢表面的保护性氧化膜溶解,而造成氧化膜减薄并引起碳钢或者低合金钢腐蚀速率增大的现象[ 1 ] ,表现为碳钢管或低合金管的“局部”( ~1 m)减薄(腐蚀速率高达3 mm / a) ,进而发生突然破裂和灾难性事故.
