电导率法在线监测循环水浓缩倍率

摘 要: 提出了一种简便、快捷的在线监测循环水浓缩倍率的新方法。该方法利用水的电导率指标来间接表示水溶液中的含盐量,进而求得循环水浓缩倍率。探讨了测定电导率的影响因素并将测定结果与Cl- 浓度法的测定结果进行了比较,结果表明两种测试方法之间不存在显著性差异。

Abstract: A new method, which can monitor the concentration ratio of the recycle water simp ly
and rap idly, is introduced. In thismethod, the salt concentration of the recycle water is indicated by the
conductivity, and then the concentration ratio of the recycle water is calculated through the salt concentra2
tion. Factors affecting the conductivity measurement are discussed. The result using the conductivity
method doesn’t show significant difference with that using the chloride concentration method.

循环水浓缩倍率为循环水中某盐类浓度与补充水中该盐类浓度的比值,传统的监测循环水浓缩倍率首先需测出循环水和补充水中Cl- 浓度,然后再进行计算。近年来国内一些学者采用不同的仪器分析方法检测了水中的Cl- 含量[ 1、2 ] ,还有学者提出采用流动注射方法连续测定水样中的氯离子[ 3 ] ,李进等[ 4 ]以
在线Cl- 选择性电极作为传感器,研制了循环水浓缩倍率检测仪,取得了较好的效果,该方法的不足是在线Cl- 选择性电极不够稳定,需要经常更换。
