某基建锅炉化学清洗效果 偏离的情况分析

摘 要:某基建锅炉的化学清洗后腐蚀速率超标,省煤器除垢不彻底。通过分析这次清洗的清洗工艺、系统和实施过程,解释了产生清洗效果偏离的原因。

某电厂一期工程2 ×660MW机组锅炉由东方锅炉(集团) 股份有限公司设计制造, 型号为DG -2100 /25. 4 - Ⅱ1超临界变压直流本生炉、单炉膛、一次中间再热、尾部双烟道结构,采用平行挡板调节再热汽温,固态排渣,全钢构架,全悬吊结构,平衡通风,露天布置。
